Our cross-market expertise allows us to extract synergies from across our business, helping deliver effective, efficient, and empowering environmental solutions for our clients.

Levmet’s early engagement in both the compliance and voluntary carbon markets leaves us well positioned to aid businesses to minimise their carbon risk and maximise the opportunities presented by the transition to net-zero. We are able to offer clients a comprehensive ‘full cycle’ service for their individual carbon emission profile, helping integrate sustainability measures as it becomes a strategic imperative for businesses.

Levmet has the ability to:

Provide clients with carbon neutral commodities.
Aid clients with the issuance of a Greenhouse Gas Emissions Verification Report, the data from which confirms the client is meeting the framework required of Scope 1,2 and 3 reporting. Disclosure of GHG output helps companies gain a competitive advantage, allowing them to get ahead of regulatory and policy changes, identify and tackle growing risks, and find new opportunities for action that investors and customers worldwide are demanding.
Offer the necessary tools to offset and/or hedge certified emissions: this includes both the practical infrastructure, as well as a combined understanding and privileged access to these traded markets that comes with our in-house expertise and experience of delivering efficient hedging strategies.
Offer guidance on voluntary project selection to help curate a solution based on a client’s ESG goals and cost structure: we can cut through the opaque project market, helping select the highest quality, most ESG attractive, and SDG enhancing projects. Costs can be optimised from a basket of projects based on Avoidance, Removal and Reduction schemes (See Glossary), taking into account volume, vintage, geography, and delivery time. Structures can be modelled to include special interests, e.g., Plastic Waste Reduction Programs.
Undertake rigorous due diligence on projects, allowing us to construct a balanced portfolio from a large cross-project pool that best reflects a client’s requirements.
